Our Fees

Our firm has a policy of being extremely open and flexible about fees. No advance retainer is required from any community association.

Our collections practice operates mainly on fixed fees. We are generally successful at passing these fees on to the delinquent association members.

In other matters, most associations we represent choose to pay us at our hourly rates when they need us.

As an alternative to the hourly charge for these services, we give associations the option of designing a package of services they would want each month. We then quote a flat fee for those services, which would be charged regardless of the amount of time spent. Some associations prefer this practice as a way of insuring predictability of their legal bill.

We use paralegals for routine tasks. This reduces the charges to our clients considerably. We have three full time paralegals working in our collections department, and six other paralegals to assist us in other matters.

We believe our hourly rates are very reasonable and competitive. We choose not to post them on the Internet, but we would be glad to provide them to you on request.
