benefit of our wide experience in virtually any kind of Association
problem.
Being accessible and responsive to our clients needs:
- Our attorneys each have a 24-hour direct voice mail line
available to legal liaisons as well as e-mail communication.
- We emphasize promptly returning phone calls, and working
with our clients to manage and meet deadlines.
- We are a service-oriented firm that is flexible enough
to meet the needs of associations. We are available to attend evening
Board meetings when association Boards need us, and we can provide expedited
service when the need arises.
Delivering services efficiently and cost effectively:
- We recognize that most community association Board members
are elected with a mandate to control costs. Accordingly, we work to
keep an eye on the cost of legal services delivered to clients, and
we constantly keep the cost factor in mind when assessing the options
available to an association Board.
Emphasizing "Preventive Law:"
- We help Boards anticipate problems before they become
crises.
- We educate directors of the associations we represent
about the proper time to get counsel involved to head off trouble.
- We continually provide information to our clients on
general community association issues without charge. Each of our clients
receives our quarterly newsletter, Common Interests. The newsletter
keeps Board members updated on developments in the legislature and in
the Courts, and features topical articles that offer practical answers
to difficult questions.
- We post timely information on our Web Site, including
tracking pending legislation and important court decisions.
