John F. Kennedy said that a rising tide lifts all boats. By the same token, we know that when the ship sinks, it really does not matter whose fault it may be; the parties all lose confidence in the team. That is why we believe it our role to solve problems.

The Federal National Mortgage Association has awarded our firm with the REO Achievement Award, bestowed on its best settlement agent in the nation, and nominated the firm two other times. We are proud of the expertise we have developed with the sale of foreclosed properties. Our staff and attorneys welcome "cookie-cutter" settlements, but our reputation is for making the tough ones look easy.
